Training Strategy

The aim of this strategy is to support the KSCB in fulfilling one of its key responsibilities; to ensure both single and inter-agency learning activities are delivered to a consistently high standard and that a process exists for evaluating the effectiveness of training and learning. It’s purpose is to outline a framework for delivery as well as evaluating the quality of training. The Strategy will also outline how the Learning and Development Sub Group will play a strategic and operational role in successfully achieving this.
